First HR interview (very standard: why Pelico, tell me about yourself etc...). Second step was a technical interview with the hiring manager. Also on this interview nothing super technical was asked, just questions abou my previous experience. The feedback on his side was super positive at that time (December 2024), telling me that after the Christmas holidays they would have reconnected with me to schedule the 3rd interview (SQL/coding). On January I followed up and they come up with some excuses saying the recruitment process would have stopped for a month due to headcount recalibration (bs). Anyway l, after a month I recontacted them multiple times without success. Very unprofessional

The entire process has been a great experience. Everyone I met was very kind, and I felt comfortable. The interview process was fast, and I received the feedback within 1 working day after each stage. There were a total of 3 stages. The first interview was with the team lead. Questions were mainly around my experiences and some technical ones. For the second round, I was invited to the Pelico's office for a case study. The case study was focused on SQL with some questions to test the Python level. The third interview was with the Chief Customer Operation Officer for the Culture Fit. After that, a reference check was conducted, and then I received the offer letter within a few days. The interview stages moved quickly and got over within 3 weeks.
