I applied thru a temp service. i had to pass test to see if i qualified. they did a interview thru the temp service. i passed it so the set up a thirty minute phone interview with hr, i passed it so i was offered a job.

easy interview, the guy thought he was the smartest guy in the room. Then a group of us had to sing a bunch of papers that said we could not talk to any body about what happened hear at this company for so many years if we got laid off or somthing.
