I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PHP Agency (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
Had a phone conversation with someone at the company who said I should come into the Dallas office to meet them. However, last second they pushed me to someone else. The office itself is in a weird office with no neighbors. Once I walked in there was alot of motivational money grind materials playing and displaying on the walls so I began to suspect it was a pyramid scheme. The office was more set up for speakers and seminars than an actual office. All of the walls have posters of their equity program the "fast track" to promotions. The interview confirmed my suspicion of it being a job where you drink the Koolaid. They start by talking about what you're selling and how much you're gonna make and ask qualifying questions to make sure you're someone they can brainwash with money and promotions. They were not transparent about base vs commission salary or day-to-day tasks, all they talk about is how much money you COULD be making not how much you're guaranteed. At the end of the conversation, he asked if I could come to a seminar the next day with, supposedly, 100s of other would be field associates. When I expressed how last second it was and that I needed more time to consider the position he told he was no longer interested. I was considering this as a side job but after being emotionally manipulated multiple times in the interview process and seeing what kind of company they were, I happily passed, and you should too. If you nod your head and smile I guarantee they will hire you and you're worth more than that.

Question 1
Do you like making money? Do you want to make more money?
Wanting to know what your desires are and use them to lure you into working for them. Not very genuine all money hungry but i guess that’s how they make money.
