Met with the hiring manager and President, as well as several other managers in the company. Overall experience was great, laid back and informative. Interview process was straightforward. They asked about experience and other specific questions about the particular energy sector I had applied to.

typical phone and then onsite. very nice people. need to be prepared to talk about your previous projects and research work. Otherwise not much special. I don't recall any challenging questions.
