Very simple, as long as you have an aviation experience and knowledge of technical publications. You just need to be confident and have a basic understanding and you will learn as you go just like most jobs.
Quick, straight to the point. Told me the mission, what I would be doing. Set the rules guidelines and asked about my experience. Very compatible as long as you progress and do your job
