I applied online. I interviewed at PLATO (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2026
Interview
First round- Screening on a teams call.
Second- 1 hour technical round
Third- Salary
All went well expect they don't have the budget to pay the salary that they display on LinkedIn jobs. They offered way less then what they show on job description. After my call they they again posted same job on LinkedIn which high salary just to attract cream people but they don't have the budget. Total waste of time and unethical, they continued my interview rounds even after the salary range was discussed initially.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at PLATO (Ottawa, ON) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had two rounds one was the screening round where they asked me questions to discuss about my experience and profile and how I was relevant to the job.
In the second round which was the Technical round of 1 hour with two Senior level consultants- They asked many questions related to the job description, my resume , and questions related to automation framework and testing, It went really well and they conveyed me the same.
Later on a call was scheduled to discuss next steps that is the salary- Beware they post high salaried on LinkedIn and their website to attract cream candidates but they really have much budget to pay for them,
So they offered me even less than what they have mentioned on their website and LinkedIn. They wrote 85000-11000 and offered me less than what was written.
I applied for the job because i genuinely liked the job duties and benefits but that's really unfortunate and unethical to give false hope. Not only this even on the first screening call I mentioned my desired range which was in range of what they mentioned on their job description. They reposted the job again and this time they posted with highest salary as 11000 but they don't have the budget.
Bottom line if you are giving interview here beware of your time.
