First part was a phone screening. Then I was set up with an on-site interview. I got there on time; the interviewer was about 15 minutes late. The interviewer seemed nice enough. She explained you would input children's data to help determine their eligibility to be part of their programs also that you would multitask. She felt the interview went great and invited me to a third-round interview. I sent a thank you letter to remind her of what she told. I had to follow up with the recruiter and said the position has been filled. So, they lie to your face, they don't have the courage to tell you the truth, and they don't mind wasting your time. Keep that in mind when you interview here. I have low confidence they consider equal opportunity initiative here as well.
