I met them at a career fair at my college. Was scheduled for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an "in person" interview in the Philly Office that Turned out to be a Skype interview with someone in Pittsburgh. I was also told to prepare an assignment and to prep for an assessment, none of those things happened.

3 rounds of interviews, one phone, 2 zoom calls. Phone asks u why u want be in sales and understanding your drive for money. 2nd asks how you've overcome challenges, and basic questions about the company
