Past experience and personality are the most asked.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNG Logistics in Feb 2023
Interview
Two interviews after a phone screening, one with immediate supervisor and one with the CEO. Supervisor was excellent, but the CEO is condescending and brash. Either he doesn’t see how unprofessional his managerial style is (during our interview he made three comments about my appearance- albeit an attempt at flattery, extremely uncomfortable) or he knows exactly how he’s being perceived and just doesn’t care. Either way, apply if you’re a man, find another employment opportunity if you’re a woman.

Interview

My actions can have a real and visible impact on the company and they are easily recognisable.
