Terrible! Passed virtually interview. They gave me a project to work on: extremely extensive! Basically design and make a production print ready file plus a mock up with limited assets. I did all this went to the interview in person and they didn’t even review my artwork. We met in a conference room with a large tv and computer but they made me walk through my production file on my iPhone mini! They also seemed shocked I did not bring a physical mock up which I asked a week prior to the interview if they wanted physical or digital. It was a mess! They didn’t even call back to follow up or anything. It was a complete waste of time and a huge mess because they do not have a packaging team or person period. They had enormous request for zero pay!
