At first employer makes sure that, you are exactly qualified of company's requirements for this vacancy. Then employer makes a written examination about sales and marketing calculations and another examination are taken orally. What will be your main criteria for achievement your monthly sales targets regularly?
They first make a shortlist amongst applicants. Then ask them to do a online interview session. In the second step they call them for a personal interview session. They take a written test in that day. If you pass the written exam, you will be called for final interview session.

They took a Skype round first after selecting candidates got a chance to set for gd and pi after cracked gd & pi they arranged a final pi round where MD of PRAN FOODS (UAE) and Oman (hr) took an interview.
