I got the job through campus placement drive for the last year. The company is a full core focusing main on power systems!!. So it’s actually a good platform to start a career if you are not willing to go into software field. The recruitment process takes many steps, first one will be a online test on aptitude, some verbal which is comparitively easy though! some technical stuffs which focus main on ur fundamentals of engineering. And has some questions in C programming!! Don’t be afride for the C prog section! do your techs well tats enough!! Nxt will be telephonic interview round where a person from the company will call and tests u on fundamentals of power systems, machines and networks. Some questions relating to the project will also be asked. This will take around some 30-45 min. By the end it will be obvious for whether u will be clearing this or not!! . Nxt you will be called to the company in banglore for the final round. Where there will be some more technical rounds and a HR round. All the rounds have elimination. So if you are strng in ur engg basics and fundamentals you can clear them all in ease.
