Its kinda meh like typical interview. But in the end they always said we as customer service follow one thing which is customer experience which when you on the floor you need to be slave to the cx need no matter they wrong or right and even if you're right the QA will find something wrong about your case and still tag you
both hrs ghosted me after the interview even though they mentioned they will get back to me after a certain date. I felt like it wasn't difficult to just give me an update, be it passing or failing the interview.

Technical Interview. Online interview, with 2 interviewers, 1 technical, 1 admin. Asked questions, why I applied, strengths and weakness, one situation I had to overcome. - Asked to demonstrate binary search and about POST & GET requests.
