The phone screen was straightforward and covered my background and interest in the role, along with an overview of the company and team. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication. Candidates deserve to be informed of their status, particularly after investing time in an interview process.
Phone screening was pretty easy going. Next process would be interviewing with hiring mgr through video then in person with hr. Video interview was a bit more intense that I would've thought. Lots of questions, repeated questions in different format. Half way through I already knew I wasn't going to get the job. I was only applying for a simply administrative job but seems like you would be expected to do more when the pay is pretty low to begin with.
Received an email where I was sent a link to schedule an interview. After promptly scheduling my interview online, I never heard back from them. I sent a follow up email and received correspondence about setting up a new interview. That was over a month ago, and I have not heard from them since.
