A HR Person (S) from the PROPER recruitment team. Contacted directly from the brand after application but then ghosted, No rejection, no further contact. The brand may say all the nice culture this nice culture that but this isn't how you treat (former) fans of the brand / prospective employees.

Very disappointing process. 3 stages;
- Screening
- Online interview
- Final interview with task and presentation involved
Whole process took about 4 weeks. Never heard back after the final interview. After 2 weeks I asked the company for feedback and was told I’d hear back within “48-hours”. Another week later and I asked again to which I never received a response back.
Shameful lack of considerarion given after the amount of effort put into the interview process. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Standard career history Q’s, situational analysis etc..
Two rounds of 30-minute interviews with the team lead, a really great process and mostly culture questions asked. Since this is an entry-level role, they don't spend too much time on experience but this is a great added perk if you can add information about what you've done in the past and why you're keen to work at a high-growth company and what you will bring to the team.
