The Team Interview scheduled was unnecessary and could have simply been a follow up email asking for more information. When I entered the Team Interview, one of the interviewers barely looked up from their work laptop. They weren't taking notes, they chose to not be present for this interview. The manager was the main speaker and only asked clarifying questions about my previous work experience. I knew the interview was not going well when she asked if I had any additional questions only 15 minutes into the interview. I only got through 1/2 of my questions before she abruptly announced that the interview was over. If all that was needed was clarification on one aspect of my resume, that could have been accomplished in an email, not in an interview in which it gets stopped midway through and I'm told that they will not be continuing.
