The interview process with PSA Airlines was overall a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, responsive, and made me feel comfortable from the start. The only part that felt a little intimidating was the panel-style interview—they line you up and ask you a few questions while typing everything you say without giving much reaction. It definitely threw me off a little, but honestly, it was still fun and not as scary as it sounds. A lot of the candidates attending the interview were so supportive, clapping for each other, hyping them up--just overall helping calm nerves. I'm still friends with some of them to this day. Aside from that, the whole process was smooth, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. I left feeling good about the experience and excited about the opportunity.

I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
