First round involved an essay assignment and psychometrics assessment. Essay assignment was quite tough given that there was only 30 mins, good to pre-prep!

Various stages with HR followed by director. Mostly behavioural interview with slightly technical questions in later stages. The interviewers were nice and asked logical questions which were relevant to my experience and background

Online Group Interviews with several HR staff and one director of the respective department. It was pretty tense as they will ask you a lot of theoretical question and you are expected to answer within few minutes.
