I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PSCU (Southgate, MI) in Jan 2013
Interview
I received a call from the recruiter. She told me the schedule of days and hours I would work if hired. She also told me how much I would make per hour. I was able to choose a schedule right away. I came in to the office to be interviewed. I then listened to a few calls in the call center with other trained agents. Lastly I took a drug test on the spot. I was given a welcome package after my drug test and was given the date to start my training classes.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PSCU (Van Allen Park, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. I filled out an application online and took an assessment (which wasn't difficult, just long). I then received a call from a recruiter for a brief phone interview. She asked about my background, specific customer service experiences etc. The next day I had my in-person interview. It began by shadowing an existing representative for twenty minutes. Then I had a one on one interview and was hired on the spot. I chose my schedule and will receive 4 weeks of paid training.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PSCU (Allen Park, MI) in May 2015
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submiting my application. The interview itself is rather long, took about an hour because of the process. First you job shadow for about 20 minutes to get an idea of what a typical day is like. Then you sit down with a supervisor for a traditional interview. The supervisor will let you know after the interview is complete if you got the job or not.
