I applied online. I interviewed at PSD Citywide (London, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
3 part interview: 1 HR meeting. 2nd int: 1 hour group tech test where you meet hiring manager and a senior dev manager. the staff other than hr manager seems miserable and not smiling the entire interview. The tech stack is outdated and it looks like they dont do phpunit or jest tests in their code. Not worth the energy for a job that doesnt pay much compared to the industry.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
its a live coding test using php or jscript. they ask about your preference between front vs backend . the hiring mgr will speak most of the time and will stop you if you dont complete the code which is unfair because you dont even do that same level complexity in the real world. make sure you study recursion and converting array of objs to nested arrays!
