Quick reaction from their side, less than 24 hours from my application submission they contacted me via email to schedule an interview. First time having an interview with Bulgarian speakers and not foreign recruiters. The interview was less than an hour and it was over the phone.

The interview process was lovely. I had the first round interview with a person from the HR department and was invited for a second interview with my respective country's country manager and principal clinical research associate as well as the region's clinical operations director.
