Sat down with the clinic director and had a conversation with what I'm looking for in a work environment, what my goals are, and what I like to do. Director gave me a good idea of what day-to-day looks like and was very clear on the expectations. Director allowed me to ask any questions I had and the director was very honest. Overall one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. Shortly after the interview, the director sent me the benefits packet for more information regarding the benefits they have to offer.
I applied through university. I interviewed at PT Solutions Physical Therapy (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2024
Interview
In person interview. Apply online and set up a time. It wasn’t difficult at all. They are opening a lot of clinics in the area and are looking to fill positions.
I interviewed at PT Solutions Physical Therapy (Bolingbrook, IL)
Interview
Very clinician-focused and strongly emphasized development and patient outcomes. The interviewer was extremely easy to speak to and was quick to give information on the next steps. The interviewer was also a physical therapist which I felt was helpful.

Question 1
How have your clinical experiences influenced your treatment style?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PT Solutions Physical Therapy (Dacula, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process was pleasant and not intimidating. I did a meet and greet with the team and went out to lunch with the clinical manager. Everything was pretty nonchalant. I was able to talk to the clients, as well as the other therapists there to gain their opinions of the company.
