I had a casual conversation with the master scheduler, and then they schedule a formal interview the following week.
The following week, I had a plant tour, led by the master scheduler. Then I had a 10 minute conversation with the plant manager and master scheduler. HR was busy that day, so they did not interview me at all, and so I left.

Interview
The interview process was short and sweet. There were some technical questions. Overall I had a positive experience. All the managers were very friendly and the process was seamless. I had 3 rounds. The first round was technical, the second round was HR and the third round was team work and efficiency round (examples and scenarios)

Interview
There were several interviewers. The technical round had some simple and some hard questions. The non-technical rounds emphasized whether you are a team player, a good communicator, and above all a person willing to learn.
