      Construction Superintendent Interview

      16 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Pomona, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PUB Construction (Pomona, CA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Interview was good. Professional. Good, to the point. Only business. There was a mutual respect and a professional respect between the person that interviewed me. I had two interviews. They both went well. I was told that on the job site I would be respected with only professionals. There was a huge difference in conduct between the people who interviewed me and the person leading the job site. The person leading the job site did not conduct himself as I was told he would by the person who interviewed me. I was let down incredibly. The interviewer was more afraid I would redesign the buildings rather than run the subs. I interacted soley with the subs as he wanted, however there was no professionalism from my superiors. There were threats. I was let down by my interviewer. I’m not sure the interviewer is aware of how dishonest and unprofessional his employee is.
