I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pace Analytical
Interview
It was a multistage process because Pace does handle outsourced work to companies in the minneapolis area. You first interview with someone in HR and then someone that acts as liaison to the host company. Overall the process is very slow spanning several months.

I applied online. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Saint Paul, MN) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was nicely laid out and was relatively simpler. I first had an interview with the manager over the phone, then a video interview with a different manager, and finally a meet and greet before getting the job! Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to which was also appreciated. They asked a lot of questions about my scientific background but nothing too difficult I couldn't answer.
