I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2013
Interview
Pretty easy interview process. I interviewed with them initially, and then was set up with an interview with the company I would be contracted out to. Met 1 on 1 with someone at Pace for the interview, after talking with them on the phone briefly before.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What sort of positions I was interested in. Pace does a lot of contracting out to other large companies in the twin cities area.
Very quick response and interview process. From the recruiter reaching out to scheduling an on-site interview the whole process was efficient and timely. I would recommend with better communication after the final interview on next steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Allen, TX)
Interview
Interview was very easy and general skill sets questions. It was more detailed on previous job experience and my experience with customer service skills. I was given brief idea on my current role and what would be roles and responsibilities.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pace Analytical in Feb 2016
Interview
There are two ways that you will interview at this company, one is with scientific recruiters who genuinely have an interest in learning about you so that can place you in positions that best fit your experience, education and personality. You will need to interview with the hiring manager once you are placed for a position.
The second way is to be interviewed directly with the hiring manager. There are typically two or more people there to interview you but you are the only interviewee. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Everyone has been so nice along the entire process.
