Interview
Straight forward - they want to know if you can handle high volume and have experience serving beer and liquor. They're looking for hard/fast workers that are charismatic. Servers must be able to handle getting a full section within minutes or getting "double/triple/quadruple sat" without ending up in "the weeds."
