Online because of covid, efficient and pretty easy going. Both gentlemen were nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. I wish I could have seen their face rather then just staring at a black screen but I enjoyed the interview

The interview process was lack there of. With several applications, tests, emails, etc, there has never been real human contact from the Recruiters/Talent Dept. Horrible process but I guess if this is what you have to go through.
Very quick and efficient interview got to the heart of it quick. Video involved supervisor and field personal on the interview panel. Followed the star format for interviews and some general job related experience.
