The process began with a Phone Screen. At the conclusion of the Phone Screen I was told I would be moving forward and should expect to meet with the President that week. Following that interview with the President, a final panel interview would conclude the process.
Given the timeline, I was connected with the President's assistant to schedule the next step interview. I never heard from them until I reached out directly as a follow-up. I connect, I was then told it would be a panel interview on the following week instead. I was then given a few 30-minute time frames to pick from. The panel interview was actually now online and with 5 interviewers. As a former TA manager, I felt that the timeframe was tight, but I worked with it. The questions asked were quite elaborate for a 30-minute timeframe and felt rushed. At the end of the interview, I was told the panel would reconvene and get back to me. Since then, I have not heard from anyone. Based on reviews and my experience, I do not expect to.
Salary range posted was very low and was told it was posted at the incorrect range.
