I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Quest
Interview
Very short phone call (15-20 min) - I was surprised it wasnt longer and it felt rushed. I was shocked they could decide whether or not to hire me to work with at risk youth based on such a short interaction. Overall the interview was incredibly easy and required almost zero prep. When I had questions for them they mostly said they would send an email with all the details. I was also told I would receive an answer about whether I got the job the following week, and 10 days later I emailed them and they said they'd get back to me in another 3 weeks.
Had two brief interviews a week apart, one over the phone and one over Skype. Both of them were pretty casual and fun. It consisted of basically making sure that I would be a good fit for them as well as that they would be a good fit for me.

Question 1
If you were leading a group and one student was refusing to participate and making a scene and nobody else was available to help, what would you do?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Pacific Quest in Mar 2016
Interview
After submitting my application, I received an email communication inviting me for a skype interview. It ended up being a phone interview after the recruiter was having technical difficulties with his Skype. He was friendly, interview questions were clear, and he was helpful in answering all my questions at the end of the interview. Pleasant, easy. It is my understanding that 2nd interviews (via phone) are now conducted with a manager; this did not occur at my time of hire.
