Phone Interview. Not organized, random awkward , really uncomfortable.
Really not good, uncomfortable fro start to finish. Interview contained no structure or plan.

It was an full day interview that included time with everyone from HR, the department Director, security and IT team members, and an hour each with the potential supervisor, team members, and it included lunch with multiple employees.
