Pacira BioSciences interview questions

Between the phone screening and the first interview went smoothly and quick. Both the talent acquisition team and hiring manager were personable. I followed up after a week and was told they were still interviewing. However after that silence. I reached out a few times , weeks and months apart with still no response.

I believe I was interviewed to act like they valued diversity and inclusion, like “ see we interviewed one”When I walked in I knew right away that was the case as no other interviewers looked like me and I was the only female. It was a horrible and unfair experience. I would have preferred them to not invite me to come to an interview out of town knowing from the beginning they weren’t going to hire me. A complete waste of time and energy.
