1st step was a brief video call with the HR Manager, 2nd step was supposed to be a 45-minute meeting with the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of BD but they only had time for 30 minutes instead. Hence, the interview was rushed and I felt like they were not well prepared. Their behavior was very disappointing in the post-interview process. They are one of those companies that ghost you instead of showing the decency to report their answer promptly.
