Written interview questions as well as phone interview. Manager of department was very nice and well versed in the role. The written portion was similar to answering a customer service email.

i applied online and received a response the next day apparently because they liked the first one so much. next test was answering test cases to which I also received a quick interview request. the interview was pretty standard but they really showed interest. then i received a rejection and no feedback despite my profile being so 'good' as per their own words
After applying for the role, I was contacted pretty quickly and informed that the first step would be a timed written evaluation. We agreed on a date and time, however, when it was time for our meeting, I never received the written assignment nor any communications from their team via phone or email. I followed up and we rescheduled for a different time. Still nothing was sent during the agreed upon time so they asked to reschedule for a third time. I decided to give them one more chance but the same thing happened! They eventually just shared the writing assignment with me after the scheduled time and told me that I could complete it whenever. Unfortunately, the whole situation really turned me off from this company as it showed how disorganized they were. Years later - it still left a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they aren't still doing the same thing to other applicants!
