I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pactio in Oct 2024
Interview
Initial conversation with the Head of People. This then led to a conversation with the current QA Engineer about past experience and reviewing points of interest from CV. Then a discussion about test methodologies and ethos before discussing the current company structure and more details about the role. Everyone involved in the interview process was very friendly but ultimately they decided to go with someone more experienced who could hit the ground running

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pactio (London, England)
Interview
I recently went through the interview process at Pactio, which had 5 stages. Phonecall -> Technical Chat -> Technical Task -> Behavioural questions -> Founders Interview. All of this went very fast with things being organised the next day which was great to speed things along.
The interview process was definitely hard, but when you are working for a company as impressive as Pactio, you would expect it to be. I made it to the behavioural questions, when I was not then selected. Even though I was not selected, the company gave me a large amount of feedback on what went well and what didn't, as well as following it up with a phone call to dig deeper into the feedback, which was amazing to offer.
Overall, the interview process was a lot, but the company is worth it.
