Interview
Phone-based technical interview. This initial screening was mainly simple object-oriented programming questions, definitions etc.
Coding test to be done within one week (building a simple trading application).
Face to face technical interview with two developers. The questions were quite advanced, but the interviewers were good in explaining the questions well, and seemed as interested in my approach as in the correctness of my answers.
Face to face technical interview with manager and developer.

Spoke to HR by phone for general job intro. Seemed to go OK and was told would be contacted again. Proper interview scheduled which they cancelled twice - apparently they were dealing with 'HR disciplinary issue' both times. Didn't bother afterwards

Nice managers , some of the engineers i talked to not so much.
Straight forward enough interview , and the process was quick . The wages arent great and no profit sharing or RSU .

Interview
First step was a tech test using devskiller. Second step was a joint culture/technical interview which involved being interviewed by two people for the culture interview on questions regarding competencies and then a further two people for the technical interview which involved solving various challenges by live coding in Java.
