Interview
Vague and uncertain
Had discussion with 2 engineers and the CTO. Easy and medium level questions. Problem is with the process of conducting interviews. They are not clear on what they actual need from the candidate. Interviews will go smooth and cool, but they will reject just like that (happened with one of my friend too).
CTO needs to understand within 50-60mins, candidate will not able to answer everything he is looking for.
Sincere advice is streamline, compose and conduct the interviews better. Just write down somewhere what exactly the interview should cover within the time and then ask. Don't just decide candidature with some random open ended conversations and then not providing any feedback to the candidate. Just be on the other side once and think. Just think
