Interviews were very personable, mostly to get a sense of cultural fit within the company. Two rounds of phone meetings with department director(s) and with managers/peers that felt very comfortable.

Really friendly and easy going personnel. The interview was mostly conversational but they also had follow up questions to make sure I was a good fit. They also gave a lot of information about the company and office dynamics.
