I applied online. I interviewed at Pager Health (Papillion, NE) in Jun 2026
Interview
This was the most comfortable pre-employment interview process I have ever had! Before being hired I had a total of three interviews and one role-play session and was nervous for each one but was pleasantly surprised and relieved at how comfortable and at ease I was every time. I credit this to every one of the team I interviewed with because they made every interview feel less like an interview and more like a conversation. I got very good vibes and feedback with each one!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They did ask me about my experience and asked me to explain times that demonstrated my problem-solving skills and conflict resolution for example. All questions they asked were relevant to the position and no one made me feel like they were skeptical about any of my responses.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pager Health in Feb 2026
Interview
I was ghosted by the HR recruiter for a pre-screening phone interview. I didn't hear back from them until the following day. The recruiter then tried to reschedule for a time that was convenient for them. I rescheduled with them a week later. During the call I was told that I was their perfect candidate. The day after the call I received a rejection email. It's clear that the company does not value candidates time and effort. Their moral dipstick is about two drops short of bone dry!
Phase1:Initial recruiter call
Phase2: Coding questions using coderbyte
Phase 3: Architecture Interview
I did not make it past the architecture interview. It involved designing (or reverse eng) a common fintech domain.
