Interview
I originally thought the interview process went well and that I was a strong candidate for the position. I was screened and had an interview with the hiring manager. I was not extended an offer, the hiring manager said they went with someone with more industry experience. However, when I saw the LinkedIn profile of the person they hired, they have 0 industry experience but a lot of project management experience. Even though I originally enjoyed the employees I spoke with, I feel extremely lied to and do not know exactly why I was passed over (other than having less project management experience) so just keep that in mind if you are applying with this company as you may not get genuine feedback.

Interview

Interview
The company did a thorough review based on skillset, prior work history and the necessary skills to execute the job as required by the company's standards. It was not too daunting a process; no high-level math or stump questions to look out for
