Fairly straight forward process, open interview invite , take some tests and then followed by a teams interview and then an in person interview. It wasn't a hard process, I don't know why I wasnt selected, I requested feedback but was refused
2 person, 30 minutes interview. Asking straight forward questions, relax environment. I felt comfortable answering the questions and they were helpful helping me to be relax during the interview. I would suggest.

Simple and straight to the point, I attended a Job fair at Vancouver's Mega Job Fair organized by PICS ,met Paladin Security there, and was called for an interview after careful consideration and exchange of words with the talent team
