Interview
I was interviewed by one of the company owners and a web designer. We sat in a meeting room where I described my experience, work history, and general design convictions. After answering general "web designer" interview questions and completing a quiz, I was thanked for my time.

I was given a printout of unformatted blocks of text, and asked to encapsulate certain blocks with proper HTML tags in order for it to appear properly formatted.
