The interview process starts with a basic aptitude round, which is a written test, wherein some basic logical reasoning questions are asked.
Once cleared with the basic aptitude, you are put on a peersonal interview with the bussiness owner itself. Here again you will encounter the basic HR interview questions, involving talking about yourself, why you wish to join the company and so on.
Then the third process involves directly putting you on a field test with one of the company's employee, who will judge your Marketing and communication skills.
Finally, on successful completion of your field round, you are one again put on a face to face interview with the Business owner wherein the final formalities are performed. Basically, if you have managed to reach the final round, its almost 99% gurranteed, that you have bagged the job, unless ofcourse you choose to mess it all up by saying something that would make the owner question your selection.
