brutal!!! Detailed, difficult questions. Very very hard to prepare for yourself. Often they have someone in mind for the positions, So if you are an outsider, you might be competing with someone from within the library system that they have in mind.

There was an hour long interview with two people interviewing me. I was asked about program ideas I would present. There were five to seven questions I believe. Then I waited weeks to hear back about it, but I think things move a bit faster now.
