The process consisted of three interviews. A phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager, and an in person interview where I met with 2 employees for a culture interview, the director and assistant director for a technical interview, and 2 more employees for another culture interview. Given I was a candidate out of state, they expensed my accommodations for my interview in Denver and took great care of me keeping an open communication.
A week prior to my in person interview, I was given two sets of data and asked to forecast a scenario to present for my interview. This was to show my forecasting and thought process and to show that I was able to create a flexible forecast that had the ability to scale when the company expanded.
My overall experience was positive. I truly value their importance on company culture and thoroughly enjoyed speaking to everyone there. I definitely was hesitant at first because the lack of data and resources there would be to become successful in this role, but because of Pana's mission and culture, I ended up accepting the offer and do not regret it!
