I was found by Panasonic's Talent Sourcer on LinkedIn. The initial conversation was great and I was then forwarded to the hiring manager for a phone interview. I felt I made a great connection with the hiring manager over the phone and sure enough I was contacted the following week for my first of 2 face to face interviews. Meeting with the interview panel was great. I instantly noticed the corporate culture and felt everyone was very genuine. The interviewers were very relaxed and focused on having conversations to find out more about me as a person. They were interviewing me to see if I was a good fit and I was doing the same. The 4th interview consisted of an in depth presentation about organizational change management and talent development. I was given approximately 3 days once the template was received to put the content together. This was a great process and it allowed me to showcase my facilitation and presentation skills. Overall the interviewing process was very positive. The Talent team consistently engaged with me through the duration of the interviewing process and provided updates.
