I had the worst Interview Process at their corporate office in Rosemead, CA. The recruiter was on her phone texting and using her computer during the interview. The other interviewers didn't know what position I had applied for. Also, the hiring manager was not even in the interview. They had three other people from different departments that interviewed me. They did ask some good questions, but other than that, I think they were just pulled into the interview just because. They weren't even people that this position would be working with. It was very unprofessional as the other interviews were whispering back and forth with each other. You would think since the recruiter works in Human Resources, that she would have been more personable and respectful. It's sad to see this large, well-known company employ such people. One of their Values are Respect/Win-Win, but I definitely did not see that in their employees. I don't plan on ever re-applying for positions to this company.
