The process was very quick. I applied online, and received an email from a recruiter the following week. We scheduled a quick phone interview, which was more like a screening where the recruiter gave me tips on how to approach my in-person interview. This was different from the interview process I normally go through, and it was nice being coached. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with one of the HR Managers, who was very kind and relatable. I followed up with the recruiter, and she scheduled me for a second interview the following week with my potential team. It was a really quick process. After the second interivew, they let me know within 2 weeks about their decision. The interview questions were mostly about how I live my life. It definitely felt more like a conversation than an interview. At the end of the day, I think they were really just looking for a culture fit, as well as chemistry with the team.

Got hired as a temp. Interviewed with the recruiter first, then hiring manager, and then VP of the department. Overall, took about 1 month for the interview process and got an offer letter afterwards. Was able to negotiate a better starting pay, however, highly dependent on the budget and hiring manager.
