I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in May 2019
Interview
Not that easy to get an interview. 3 different interviews and comments on 1st interview and required to come up with different answers to strategies. If there were not adjustments then there will be no way to move on
I applied online. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (Rosemead, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The HR coordinator called me after I was rejected from another position and thought this would be a better fit. I went in about a week later for an in person interview with the HR coordinator as well as two managers that are part of the Guest Relations team. They definitely asked a lot of questions regarding their company to see if you were a good fit for "the panda way." They told me to wait 1-2 weeks for a response. It been over a month now still with no response. I've sent thank you emails as well as follow up emails. They don't even have the decency to respond it's ridiculous.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (Rosemead, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It is a lengthy process. I would say in total a little over a month from start to finish. I began with a phone interview with an HR Recruiter. From there you work your way up the supervisor ladder. I had 5 separate in-person interviews. It can get very tiresome and strenuous, but it is not an easy job and they want to make sure they are hiring the right people. I started with my direct supervisor, followed by the lead supervisor, the department manager, then the senior manager, and finally the CMO.
