Applied on Indeed. Got message on Indeed from Panda Express to do a video interview. Video interview was just yourself it was not another person and you on a live video chat. Each of the questions on the video was ask separately. In other words, the question is asked, then you record yourself answering the question. Then same process for next question.

Interview
There are many steps to the interview process, first you apply if approved they make you do a interview through asking questions and you recording yourself answering it. Then it goes to a Area Manager Interview, if passed it then goes to district, and finally to Regional Manager.

2nd round interview with the area manager
3rd round interview with the regional manager
4th round interview in store working interview
Very long process that spanned over 2 months from the initial email reach out, at the end they said they had no stores that needed managers at the moment.
